Mercury AI
Mercury is a tool that allows you to train a custom AI bot and reference your real time imported data. When you use it there are certain parameters and rules that you need to abide by.
How to Use Mercury:
- Go to Mercury and in the namespace text box write in your client, then train it on the home page of their website. This will then create a new namespace.
- There are two pages the training page denoted as 'Train' and the chat interface denoted as 'Query'. Switch between those based on what you want to do.
- If a namespace is already created and you want to add more data select their namespace from the previous tabs and their name will populate ini the namespace box.
RULES:
- DO NOT make multiple namespaces for clients. You cannot delete them if you do.
- When creating a new namespace you cannot put spaces or other characters in the name. Armortech Windows and doors would be ArmortechWindowsAndDoors.
- It cannot look at images on a website or documents only words and information. So do not ask it to analyze an image.
- Something to keep in mind is I can delete specific pieces of data from each namespace but not the namespace itself.
- When training the bot on websites you will need to train it on each individual page, it does not crawl every page.
- Make sure you have your selected namespace per client. If you mix up clients then you will confuse the bot on data.
